Multiple myeloma disease nephropathy

Multiple myeloma disease nephropathy refers to a renal lesion caused by the infiltration of myeloma cells and the production of a large number of abnormal immunoglobulins excreted from the urine. Multiple myeloma nephropathy is the most common type of renal failure caused by tubule formation, so it is also called myeloma cast nephropathy (MCN). The clinical manifestations are mainly spilled proteinuria, which may appear chronic or acute renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome and Fanconi syndrome.
