Cervical pregnancy
Cervical pregnancy is a serious disease that is relatively rare in ectopic pregnancy and is easily missed clinically. More common in menopause. There are menopause and early pregnancy reactions. The main symptoms are vaginal bleeding or bloody secretions. The amount of bleeding is generally from small to large, and it can also be intermittent vaginal bleeding. The main signs are a significant swelling of the cervix, softening and blueness, a thin rim of the outer cervix, a closed inner lip, and normal uterine size and stiffness. Cervical pregnancy embryos are implanted in the cervical mucosa of the cervical canal, and are implanted and developed here. Because of bleeding, the cervical mouth is often dilated and is mistaken for miscarriage.
