Fluorosis of bone refers to a chronic aggressive systemic bone disease caused by long-term excessive intake of fluoride and causing fluorosis. Fluorosis involving teeth is called fluorosis. In 1901, Eaqer first reported fluorosis. In 1932, Motlev and Gudijonsson of Denmark named ldquo; fluorosis rdquo; (fluorosis), and thought that the disease was accompanied by osteopetrosis.
