Vulvar leiomyoma

Vulvar leiomyoma is a benign tumor of the skin composed of smooth muscle cells. Derived from vulvar smooth muscle, hair follicle standing hair muscle or vascular smooth muscle. Mostly occur at the childbearing age, mainly in the labia majora, clitoris and labia minora. If the fibroids are small, there are no symptoms. If the tumors are too large, the vulva will feel falling, and even affect activity and sexual life.
