Menopausal breast cancer
Breast cancer is a serious threat to women of all ages. Postmenopausal women with severe obesity and central fat accumulation have a significantly increased incidence of breast cancer. Taking estrogen after perimenopause can increase the incidence of breast cancer. High levels of prolactin can also increase the incidence of breast cancer.
