Perianal inflammation

Perianal inflammation is a purulent bacterial infectious disease of the sweat glands, which often occurs in young and middle-aged people. It is characterized by nodular ulcers and even fistulas. The disease is obliteration of the sweat glands and secondary bacterial infections. Mostly caused by Staphylococcus aureus, sometimes caused by Streptococcus, E. coli, Proteus infection. Related to excessive sweating, poor sanitation, friction, scratching, and trauma. Subcutaneous nodules are formed initially, and local ulcers are formed after the suppuration ulcers, and eventually the scars heal. Single or several large subcutaneous nodules from the beginning of the pea, with partial hemispherical bulges, which can increase to walnuts, redness, swelling and pain, mild systemic symptoms, softening nodules over weeks or months, deep purulence, and ulcers after ulceration . Also the right lingering chronically shows a chronic process, or forms a wide fistula.
