Lateral knee ligament injury
Injury of lateral collateral ligament of knee joint is relatively rare, and it is mostly caused by violence acting on the medial leg and adduction. When the knee is extended, the lateral joint capsule of the knee joint and the biceps femoris tendon are in a state of tension. Together with ACL and PCL, it can protect the knee LCL. Therefore, the knee LCL is not easily damaged.
