Neonatal hemolytic disease

Neonatal hemolytic disease mainly refers to homoimmune hemolytic disease caused by maternal and infant blood group incompatibility. Hemolysis caused by ABO and Rh blood group system incompatibility is more common. Other hemolytic diseases caused by blood group system incompatibility such as MNS, Kell, Duffy, Kidd are extremely rare.
