Skin penetrating hair follicles

Keratosis follicularis et parafollicularis in cutem penetrans, also known as hyperkeratosis follicularis et parafollicularis in cutem penetrans, penetrating hyperkeratosis (heperkeratosis penetrans), hair follicles and hyperkeratosis (hyperkeratosis follicularis et parafollicularis), this disease is rare, first described by Kyrle in 1916. It is characterized by conical keratinized papules and nodules formed by excessive keratinization of hair follicle or non-hair follicle skin, pits are visible after exfoliation of the keratin, and the limbs are prone to occur.
