Breast duct dilatation is a rare benign disease that is common in middle-aged and elderly women with a peak age of 50-60. Due to its complicated and variable clinical manifestations, it is easy to be misdiagnosed as breast cancer, which causes patients to undergo unnecessary expansion surgery.
