Creeping moss

Lichen scrofulosorum is also called tuberculosis cutis lichenoides, or disseminated hair follicle skin tuberculosis or glandular moss. One of the blood-borne skin tuberculosis, which is characterized by scattered moss-like hair follicle papules on the trunk. Often occurs in children or adolescents.
