Lichen planus
Lichen planus is a characteristic purplish red flat pimples, maculopapular papule, which is a chronic skin disease. Chronic inflammatory skin diseases that occur in the superficial layer of the dermis also affect the oral mucosa. The skin lesion is a polygonal purple flat papules. After coating with liquid paraffin, small white spots and fine lines can be seen, which is called Wickham pattern. The mucous membrane is off-white reticular lesions. After scratching, the same strips may appear locally. When invading the deck, the deck is thick and rough, with longitudinal or horizontal grooves, and the nails can shrink, lack nails, or have sinus-shaped carcasses. Skin lesions of the penis are often annular. The cause is unknown. Stubborn refractory, but good prognosis. Can be treated with vitamin B1 and B12, or topical corticosteroid preparations.
