Histiofibroma

Histiofibroma is a metaphyseal hamartoma composed of tissue fibroblasts. At present, those with small lesions, no clinical symptoms, and lesions confined to the subperiosteal or cortex are called metaphyseal fibrous defects, while those with larger lesions that can expand into the medullary cavity and often have pathological fractures are called Non-ossifying fibroma.
