Left abdominal flexion

Left abdominal flexion is one of the clinical manifestations of spleen trauma. The typical symptom of simple spleen rupture is that the child cannot stand upright immediately after being directly hit or severely injured by the left upper abdomen, especially left abdominal flexion. Can't even stand up, lying down, with the left side down and the waist bent forward, afraid to move.
