Right lower quadrant pain with vomiting

The typical clinical manifestations of acute appendicitis are gradual onset of pain in the upper abdomen or around the umbilicus. After a few hours, the abdominal pain shifts to the right lower abdomen. Often accompanied by loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting.
