Palpable soft sausage-like mass in the right lower abdomen
Cecumic granuloma includes cecal amoeba granulomatosis and ileoceccal schistosomiasis granuloma. Cecal amoeba granulomatosis is a complication of chronic colitis caused by Entamaeba Histolytica. Schistosomiasis granuloma of the ileocecal department is a late-stage disease of intestinal schistosomiasis. The site of schistosomiasis egg deposition is mainly in the terminal ileum, except for the colon. The clinical symptoms are localized abdominal pain and intermittent diarrhea, and a soft sausage-like mass can be touched in the right lower abdomen.
