Infant scalp hemorrhage
Babies with scalp hemorrhage are found in dry eczema. Dry eczema is more common in thin infants. Symptoms occur on the scalp, between the eyebrows, etc., and show flushing, scaling, and pimples, but no obvious exudation. It can also be slightly infiltrated and hypertrophic when it is chronic, with cleft palate, scratches, or hemorrhoids. Frequent itching often results in babies crying and disturbed sleep.
