Scrotal edema

During the embryonic period, there is a "inguinal sheath" in the groin, which can help the testes descend into the scrotum or fixate the round ligament. After the birth of some children, this sheath-like process is not completely closed, causing the peritoneal fluid in the abdominal cavity to enter the scrotum.
