The so-called vaginal discharge with yellow or bloody odorous secretions is purulent leucorrhea, yellow or yellow-green, sticky or foamy, smelly, mostly caused by vaginal inflammation. Bloody vaginal discharge, mixed with blood. This is an abnormal physiological phenomenon in women.
