Pustular psoriasis
Pyogenic psoriasis is the heaviest clinically and rarely seen. Topical irritating drugs, infections, and sudden withdrawals during the application of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants are all provoking causes. More common in young adults. This disease is often accompanied by a grooved tongue.
