Floating teeth
Tooth floating is the inflammation caused by bacteria or toxins invading the dental pulp located in the center of the teeth. The main symptoms are spontaneous and paroxysmal pain. Clinical is often divided into reversible pulpitis, irreversible pulpitis, pulp degeneration and pulp necrosis. Mostly the method of removing the pulp is used for treatment. Most periapical lesions, especially inflammation, are secondary to pulp disease. Periapical lesions can also affect the pulp. Acute pulpitis refers to the inflammation of the acute pulp tissue. The source of infection mainly comes from the deep pulp. The infection of the pulp can cause the apical infection through the apical foramen. The main clinical feature is severe pain. Can develop into dental pulp gangrene, the treatment mainly includes open pulp and drug analgesia.
