Poor blood flow
Blood vessels are the main channels through which the body carries oxygen and nutrients. When young, blood vessels are extremely elastic and blood flows smoothly, but as the age increases, some impurities such as cholesterol, fat, and calcium will be deposited on the inner wall of the blood vessel, causing blood thickening, increased blood lipids, smaller inner diameter of the blood vessel, and hardening of the wall. Usually it manifests as poor blood flow, insufficient oxygen supply, causing dizziness, general weakness, high blood pressure, local lesions, etc .; in severe cases, blood vessel blockages cause coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis and other cardiovascular diseases.
