Umbilical hemorrhage in newborns: Within 1 week to 1 month after the umbilical cord is detached, if the newborn coughs or cries hard to increase the intra-abdominal pressure, the blood vessels in the residual umbilical end will be slightly opened, and a small amount of bleeding will occur.
