Cytochrome C oxidase deficiency

Cytochrome C oxidase deficiency is a type of Fanconi syndrome. Fanconi syndrome is an inherited or acquired disease. It is often associated with cystine disease and is characterized by proximal kidneys. Abnormal tubule function, causing glucosuria, phosphate urine, amino acid urine, and bicarbonate urine.
