Extensive bruising on the knees and calves

Patients with traumatic synovitis of the knee joint show acute hematoma of the knee if they are acutely injured. Joint hematomas usually occur immediately after injury or within 1 to 2 hours after the injury, and there are extensive blood stasis spots on the knees and lower legs.
