Hemochromic cardiomyopathy
Hemachromatosis (HCH) is a chronic systemic disorder of iron metabolism, which has a worldwide distribution. In 1865, Troussean reported that there are more and more reports about the disease in the world. The disease is characterized by a hereditary iron metabolism disorder, with hemosiderin deposited in tissues, causing damage to the liver, spleen, adrenal glands, pituitary, pancreas, heart and other organs, fibrous hyperplasia, structural destruction and dysfunction.
