Esophageal spasm
Due to the atrophy of the mucous membrane of the throat, if eating due to drinking and gluttony or poor mood, esophageal spasm is prone to cause food to enter the airway by mistake and cause gluttony. Also seen in diffuse esophageal spasm. Diffuse esophageal spasm is a primary esophageal dyskinesia disease with high-pressure esophageal peristalsis as the motive force. The disease is mainly in the lower and middle esophagus, and it manifests as a large, long, non-propulsive repetitive contraction. As a result, the esophagus was beaded or spiral narrowed, while the upper esophagus and lower esophageal sphincter were often not affected.
