Kidney damage
Renal damage is common in liver-derived kidney damage. Liver-derived renal damage is also clinically referred to as hepatorenal syndrome. Hepatic-derived kidney damage mainly includes ① glomerulonephritis caused by hepatitis B virus; ② glomerulonephritis with IgA nephropathy as the main cause of disorders of the body's immunity, physiology and metabolism during cirrhosis; Insufficiency, functional acute renal failure caused by hypoperfusion of the kidney, that is, hepatorenal syndrome.
