Gastrointestinal manifestations of amyloidosis
Amyloidosis refers to a disease caused by the deposition of amyloids, mainly fibrin with a β structure, on the tissues of cells and organs. Under the electron microscope, the amyloid protein showed agglomeration of fine fibers. Through X-ray diffraction research, it was reflected as a protein with antiparallel arrangement and hydrogen-binding polypeptide chain structure.
