Pale tongue
The pale and tender tongue is caused by diseases that cause the tongue coating to thicken and become white. Especially at night, the tongue is thick and dry without any trace of moisture. The tongue seems to have piled up tofu, but it does not want to drink water. It can also be caused by internal heat caused by yin deficiency.
