Forehead full
There is a diamond-shaped gap at the top of the baby's skull, called the anterior condyle, with a size of 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm (the line connecting the midpoints of the two pairs of sides). The anterior palate is full and bulging, indicating an increase in intracranial pressure, which is common in children with meningitis and hydrocephalus.
