Very low sodium excretion
Very low urine sodium output is a significant clinical manifestation of hyponatremia. The normal value of serum sodium is 142 mmol / L (135-145 mmol / L), and hyponatremia is lower than 135 mmol / L. Urine sodium: Normal adult 70-90mmol / 24h, about 4.1-5.3g sodium chloride. If the urine Na + is less than 34.19 mmol / L or absent, the body is deficient in Na +.
