Urethral adhesions

The normal urethra has urethral glands, which secrete a small amount of mucus every day to play a role in lubricating and protecting the urethra. Generally, these mucus remain in the urethra and have a protective effect on the urethral mucosa. The inflammation of the urethra or prostate can increase the secretion. After the urethral secretion is dried in the outer urethral opening, the mucous membranes and skin on both sides of the urethral opening are slightly adhered. The bifurcation disappeared after flushing the adhesions.
