Lymphatic rupture
When the human body suffers from filariasis, it causes lymphatic inflammation and thickens the wall. The lymphatic vessels from the intestine to the thoracic ducts expand, and the valve insufficiency in the tube creates a dynamic obstacle and causes lymphatic block. The pressure in the lymphatic vessels increased and rupture occurred at the weakest point. Common rupture sites are at the pelvis and cause pelvis-lymphatic fistula.
