Tear film disappears

The disappearance of the tear film is one of the clinical manifestations of sjogren syndrome. Autoimmune conjunctivitis can cause ocular surface epithelial damage and decreased tear film stability, leading to the occurrence of ocular surface tears and severely affecting vision. There are mainly sjogren syndrome (SS), conjunctival pemphigoid, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and other diseases.
