Lazy gallbladder
Inactive gallbladder: Also known as "lazy gallbladder", it is one of the main types of biliary dyskinesia, accounting for about 8%. This type is characterized by an increase in the volume of the gallbladder in a fasting state and a "U" shape. The gallbladder contraction and emptying after a fat meal are slowed down. However, in patients with chronic noncalculus cholecystitis, if the gallbladder wall is thinned and the mucosa is severely damaged, the gallbladder is not even seen at all. Biliary tract dysfunction (biliary tract dyskinesis syndrome) includes biliary tract dysfunction (dyskinesis (ie, abnormal biliary emptying rate), biliary dystonia (dysstonia), and biliary ataxia (ataxic, biliary tract parts) Barriers to coordination).
