Local migratory erythema

Chronic migratory erythema was first documented in Lipschütz (1913) as a simple erythema that, after chronic, can be manifested as Lyme disease skin. Ticks are the main vectors of Borrelia transmission, and some are thought to be transmitted by mosquitoes and ticks.
