Muscle ache
Muscle soreness caused by exercise is a very common injury experience for those involved in exercise. In general, muscle soreness caused by exercise can be divided into acute muscle soreness and chronic (late muscle soreness). Acute muscle soreness is different from muscle strain, but refers to the soreness caused by temporary ischemia of muscles, which occurs only when the muscles are engaged in intense or long-term activities, and disappears as soon as the muscle activity ends. Usually, acute muscle soreness is accompanied by muscle stiffness.
