Tiger Eye Sign

Tiger eye sign is a symptom of red ball nucleus pigment degeneration of the pale globus! Skull MRIT2 weighting shows bilateral high symmetry of the pale globus and "tiger eye sign" is the most characteristic manifestation of this disease, which is seen in almost all PANK2 gene mutations. Typical HSD patients, so the "tiger eye sign" can be used as the main basis for imaging diagnosis.
