Iris root dissection

Isolation of the iris root refers to the rupture at the junction of the iris and the ciliary body. The tissue at this junction is the weakest and is easily broken by external forces. Immediately after the force is applied to the eyeball from the front, the pupils are blocked, the peripheral sclera expands, and the aqueous humor retained in the anterior chamber strikes the peripheral iris without the lens. In addition to injury, because the eyeball is a non-compressible sphere, the blunt force is transmitted in the eye, which causes the traumatic iris root to break;
