Perianal cyst
Perianal cysts are mostly caused by anal gland infection spreading outward through the lower part of the external sphincter skin. They are usually located in the lower part of the anus or lateral skin and are generally not large. The important symptoms are persistent perianal pain, difficulty in movement, restlessness, and whole body Infectious symptoms are not obvious. The lesions are markedly red and swollen, with induration and tenderness. Abscess formation may have a sense of fluctuation, and pus is withdrawn during puncture.
