Spot bleeding
Point bleeding is an important feature of psoriasis rash. Patients with obvious itching often inadvertently scratch the affected area and cause bleeding. The surface of the erythema of the psoriasis patient is covered with silvery white dry multilayer scaly scales. After gently scraping the surface scales, you can see a layer of light red shiny translucent film, called the film phenomenon. Then continue to scrape the film, you can see many small bleeding points. This is because the dilated blood vessels in the dermal papilla are scratched. This phenomenon is called spot bleeding, and professional doctors also call it Auspitz sign.
