Drip cornea
Fuchs endothelial dystrophy, also known as cornea guttata, is a common phenomenon and its incidence increases significantly with age. In many patients with drip cornea, other aspects of the cornea are normal and do not affect vision. Corneal stroma and epithelial edema occur in a small number of patients and can cause significant loss of vision.
