Negative nitrogen balance

Intake of less than discharge of nitrogen is called negative nitrogen balance. This indicates that the amount of protein synthesized in the body is less than the amount of decomposition. This is the case with chronic wasting diseases, tissue trauma and hunger. The disease's resistance is reduced, and the patient's wound is difficult to heal. When the amino acid intake is less than the consumed amino acid, symptoms such as malnutrition, backache, dizziness, frailty, and metabolic decline will be called Negative nitrogen balance. That is, the amount of nitrogen absorbed from food is less than the amount of nitrogen in the excretion, which is called negative nitrogen balance.
