Bile duct obstruction
Bile duct obstruction refers to the mechanical obstruction of the bile ducts caused by poor bile excretion or even complete blockage in any part of the bile duct discharge tract due to diseases in the bile duct, internal disease of the tube wall, and infiltration and compression outside the tube wall. The bile cannot be excreted smoothly into the intestinal tract, resulting in indigestion, cholestasis, jaundice, abnormal liver function, followed by a series of pathophysiological changes such as decreased body functions, multiple organ failure, and even death. How to deal with this kind of disease, we discuss the endoscopic treatment and surgical treatment.
