Unilateral and pseudo-hand and foot asthma: Cerebrovascular disease or other causes cause deep sensory disturbances. Unilateral athetosis and pseudoathetosis are not basal nucleus lesions. Thalamic ataxia can cause unilateral and pseudo-hand, foot, and foot motion disorders.
