Necrosis of the femoral head

Femoral head necrosis is due to femoral head ischemic necrosis or aseptic necrosis of the femoral head due to the obstruction of blood flow to the femoral head due to its main pathology. Common types are: hormonal femoral head necrosis, alcoholic femoral head necrosis, traumatic femoral head necrosis in the elderly, femoral head necrosis in children.
