Trauma
Trauma is the destruction of tissues or organs caused by mechanical factors on the human body. Mechanical factors cause damage to human tissues or organs. Analyze according to the place of occurrence, the site of the injury, the injured tissue, the cause of injury, and skin integrity. Severe trauma can cause systemic reactions, with local manifestations of pain, swelling, and tenderness in the injured area; deformities and dysfunction during fracture and dislocation. Severe trauma may also include fatal bleeding, shock, suffocation, and disturbance of consciousness. In the emergency treatment, shock should be prevented first, the airway should be kept open, the wound should be bandaged to stop bleeding, and the injured limb should be fixed. The wounded should be safely, smoothly and quickly transferred to the hospital for further treatment. Trauma prevention consists of safety education and safety measures.
