Unrealistic

Unrealism means that the patient feels that the surrounding things are "unreal", "nothingness", "unnatural", and his speech actions and environmental things have become unfamiliar, strange, not vivid and not distinctive. Those who are seriously ill even feel that they and the world are gone.
