Dacryocystorhinostomy

For nasolacrimal duct obstruction, chronic dacryocystitis. Lacrimal sacral incision of nasolacrimal duct. Precautions: Protect the internal iliac arteries and veins during the operation. Once the rupture will cause trouble to the operation. Residual tissue in the lacrimal fossa must be scraped to prevent recurrence of dacryocystitis.
